Introduction

Peppermint oil Dementholized is steam distilled Asian Mentha Oil as a food additive obtained from the essential oil obtained from the flowering or unflowering aerial parts of Asian mint (Mentha arvensis L.var.glabrata Holmes), and then frozen and stripped of part of the menthol.

Menthol (CAS NO.2216-51-5, Molecular formula: C10H20O) is Colorless and transparent, prismatic or needle-like crystals; with a strong Asian mint aroma.

Menthol is a levomenthol Crystal obtained from the oils of peppermint.

Application

Peppermint oil ( Mentha arvensis Oil, CAS No. 68917-18-0) is widely used in medicine, food, tobacco, daily chemical products, feed and other fields.
